Download failed, preview won't load, or something looks broken? Include the post URL type (reel, photo, carousel), your browser, device, and a screenshot of any error message. We cannot access private accounts — only public URLs you can view without logging in.
Privacy requests
To exercise data-access or deletion rights, email us from the address associated with your inquiry. Describe your request clearly (e.g. delete analytics records tied to a specific date). We process verified privacy requests in line with our Privacy Policy.
Copyright concerns
